BLOCKS - Blackhawk Boot Camp is broken up into 3-week cycles called Blocks. Cadets participate in our program in 2 day, 3 day, or 5 day per week Regimens. Every Block you complete brings you 3 weeks closer to your goal of getting in shape, losing the weight, and building the confidence you're looking for!
Crucible Challenge - Cadets who participate in 5 Day Per Week Boot Camp Regimen are considered to be a part of the Crucible Challenge.
Cadets complete the Crucible Challenge by finishing TWO (2) 5 Day Boot Camp Regimens in a row.
For every Crucible Challenge completed the Cadet receives an "I Broke the Crucible" t-shirt! After the first Crucible Challenge, the Cadet will receive their very own Blackhawk Fitness Dog Tags! Cadets MUST attend 24 out of 30 sessions to complete the Challenge.

This is our CERTIFICATION course on the Army's mixed-martial arts style called Modern Combatives. At Blackhawk, we have instructors and facilities available to train up to LEVEL II certification!
Our Combatives program is for ANYONE who is interested in Mixed-Martial Arts, or who would like a practical method of self-defense.
This ain't movie-style Kung-Fu.
Modern Army Combatives, based on various moves and tenants of many styles of martials arts, was devised by combining many of the easy to learn and most effective techniques. The skills you will learn are applicable in the ring, in a scuffle, or in situations where your safety is physically threatened.
Our Combatives program is a CERTIFIED ARMY COURSE.
This training is available to anyone and everyone, it is also worth noting that anyone completing this 40-hour course will receive a nationally recognized, official certification in Modern Combatives issued by the U.S. Army.
