WORKOUT: Circuits

Stations (2 Minutes each):

Partner resisted Military press/tricep pushdown
Partner resisted Lat pulldown/bicep curl
Partner resisted leg lifts
Partner resisted crunches
Push up/ Sandbag swing
Swimmer/Flutter kicks
Side straddle hop/ Mountain climbers
Rifle cross/ up and forward with rifles (active rest)
Supine bicycle/ straight leg sit ups

Cooldown/Stretch
